One of the developers of Lubuntu, Rafael Laguna, has announced that it is now available to download the operating system version Lubuntu 16.04 LTS for Raspberry Pi 2 systems. As you know, last week the distribution of Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) was released as part of a massive deployment that will take place throughout 2016. The different distributions based on the famous Ubuntu will be followed by as the months go by.
The 16.04 edition of Lubuntu presents new improvements in terms of graphics, Which highlights especially the quantities of designs included as desktop themes, les icon galleries and the updated LXDE components, Now with support for PowerPC computers such as Mac computers.
