After a series of announcements from both Samsung and Canonical, they have finally decided to make it release of Ubuntu Core for Samsung Artik 5 and 10. And is that for a couple of days, images of Ubuntu Core are now available for Samsung’s IoT platform.
This image gives access to a large number of features of Samsung Artik, In addition to Bluetooh, Wi-Fi and a great platform for the developer to implement their next applications.
For those of you who don’t know what Ubuntu Artik is, it’s nothing more than Samsung’s IoT (Internet Of Things) platform. This is a platform that completely transforms the implementation, launch and management process of IoT products, through a series of Cloud Computing tools, or a wide range of technologies with which the development process can be made much faster, more efficient and more dynamic.
And for those who don’t know what all this Internet Of Things is, this is just a network of physical objects, Such as our car, our devices, and other everyday items. So the intention of Internet Of Things technology, as the name suggests, is to be able to interconnect everyday elements with each other through boards, software, sensors, and networks between them that allow communication.
